The hotel offers comfortable rooms set aside for board gaming, albeit slightly small when availability is tight. The service, while super friendly during breakfast and check-out, could be improved with better Wi-Fi connectivity and larger rooms for two people. The location is perfect, being right next to the central station, making it convenient for meetings in Düsseldorf, and close to the main railway station in Essen. The dining options are good with plenty of choices, but the coffee can be a bit bitter. Overall, a mixed experience with positive elements but room for improvement.
